Elizabeth is a Licensed Registered Dietitian with over 25 years experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Elizabeth’s area of expertise includes Autism Spectrum Disorder, PDD-NOS, Asperger’s, ADD and ADHD. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a master’s degree in Foods & Nutrition. Elizabeth is the leading registered dietitian in the United States regarding the topic of autism and nutrition.

In addition to the educational and clinical experience, Elizabeth also has the personal experience to assist families of special needs children. One of Elizabeth’s children was once diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and sensory integration dysfunction. Elizabeth experienced the challenges of building a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, obtaining special education services, and the years of endless behavioral, speech, and occupational therapies for her child. Elizabeth knows first-hand the many challenges and rewards families face and is uniquely prepared to help families and professionals.

Elizabeth is the founder of ASD Nutrition Seminars & Consulting, a clinical nutrition consulting firm that serves families, professionals, educational systems, and private and government programs. Her work expands nationwide to include providing individualized nutrition therapy to children with autism and related disorders. Elizabeth also presents lectures and seminars to professional and parent audiences nationally.
